EFFECTS OF WALKING IN LOOSING WEIGHT
Over weight or what people called obesity today is becoming rampant due to what we eat and drink every day. Some people are fond of consuming heavy calories without using it any tangible task. Some people like eating big and heavy solid foodlate at night and go straight to bed, this is dangerous and can cause serious problem to the body system.
