It is very clear that human beings are created in diverse manners when we talk in term of emotion, God created some people, and they are gentle while some are so aggressive according to their nature and emotion. Non of these emotions is bad or perfect as human beings.
There is no one in this planet that doesn't feel angry, but it's only has levels and of different categories.

Anger is a natural emotion we all experience from time to time. Emotion can be a useful one  in some situations, as it can motivate us to take action and protect ourselves or others. when it is managed  or expressed appropriately.It can lead to negative consequences such as damaged relationships, physical violence, emotional distress.increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, and the release of stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.

These changes can lead to a variety of symptoms, such as muscle tension, headaches and difficult sleeping.
On the emotional level, anger can cause feeling of frustration, irritability, and even rage.it can also lead to aggressive behaviours which can be harmful to the body. Overtime, chronic anger can lead to depression, anxiety and other mental health issues..

With all these, how can we now manage anger? There are many ways by which we can manage anger, they are: take a break and remove yourself from the situation, take a walk and listen to music or do something else that will help you calm down, 

Also, try to recognize the physical and emotional signs of anger such as irritability, tense muscles and increased heart rate. Also, endeavor to practise relaxation techniques, deep breathing, meditation and yoga to help you relaze and reduce tension. The use of positive self-talk  (i.e) you talk to yourself in a positive manner, remind yourself that you can  handle the situation, and that your anger will surely pass away.

Another important step to take is by allowing effective communication whenever you are feeling angry, try to communicate your feeling in a clear and respectful way, and try to avoid blaming or attacking others.

Lastly, strive to look for a professional when you feel that your anger is interfering with your daily life, seek the assistance of a mental health professional who can help you develop  coping strategies and manage your emotion properly.

In conclusion, anger is not a kind of emotion that can be taken for granted,it is capable of destroying things and even lives, so,  it is advisable to manage it well with all the steps mentioned above and some other methods that are not enumerated in this write-up.
