(a) Exercise

The exercise l'm recommending is the one that uses multiple groups of muscles at the same time, and can be performed at home.

It is very time effective as well as been very efficient in improving basic fitness, body tone, fat burning, and muscle building.walking is the number one exercise I will like to introduce to you, walking does a lot in shedding weight and fat - burning. (b) Diet

Another important way of shedding weight is through eating more plant - based protein, eating more raw food, minimizing salt intake, eat more of aquatic animals than red meat, reduce your sugar consumption, include a cup of berries in a day, limit coffee/tea to once in a day, reduce your consumption of bakery items, eat more of salads, enjoy yourself with different kinds of fruits, quit smoking, and include green leafy vegetables in your diet.
