REASONS WHY YOU ARE NOT LOOSING WEIGHT DESPITE YOUR EXERCISES

Majority of people today face probs of loosing weight, they try their possible best  to  shed their weight but all to no avail.

There are many hormones in the body that are performing different functions. But the one that is majorly concerned with your inability to lose weight as you expect is Leptin.
Leptin is a hormone that is in charge of regulating the level of energy and the body weight, it is this hormone that is preventing you from loosing weight despite your exercises.
In other to make this hormone less active , what you need is to subject your self to fasting for eight to ten hours, this will  cause Leptin to drop , and reduce your fat levels , and invariably lower your body weight.
In conclusion, overnight is dangerous to the body , it causes obesity and some diseases which are congenial to the health , as you are doing your regular exercises try to include it with fasting at least 8 - 10 hours.
